1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 77vipph website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 77vipph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 77vipph Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the site without registering. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

77vipph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 77vipph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 77vipph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 77vipph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered under a self-exclusion program that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.

77vipph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 77vipph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 77vipph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 77vipph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

77vipph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77vipph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 77vipph does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. 77vipph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to verification and compliance checks.

77vipph implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine law. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 77vipph may delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.

Funds deposited into your 77vipph account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. 77vipph is not a financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a bank deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77vipph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• 77vipph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the 77vipph Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or 77vipph's systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 77vipph.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77vipph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of 77vipph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the 77vipph Platform without the prior written consent of 77vipph.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77vipph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

77vipph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77vipph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 77vipph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

77vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for users who are 21 years of age or older. 77vipph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Termination

77vipph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any pending bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

You may close your 77vipph account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77vipph Platform shall first be submitted to 77vipph's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

77vipph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77vipph will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
